Electronic Farming (No Spam)!!

Photobucket

The laws of the land applies even on social and business networking sites, what you sow you will reap , I was asked by one of the members of ecademy how I managed in 1 week to get + 200 people (todate 243) in my network, as below the way I market and brand on 2 social and business networking sites, plus 7 artical sites and 6 blog sites!

It is very simple;

1) IDENTIFY your product market,sell points and added value / ROI ,note the ROI is not only about product it is about other people investing in you with their time and effort and what you can invest back!

2) BE ONLINE and BE SEEN 18 hours a day (24 is better!!)

3) VISIT - on all sites I make a point of visiting at least 40 profiles a day, out of the 40, +/-50% will get a invitation from me to "connect", 3 % of the rest will visit my profile and hopefully "connect"!

4) DIVERSIFY your network, on eacdemy, 90% of my network are IT or Logistics profiles,the other 10% give me a global point of view that is relaxing as it is more social than business!

5) BLOG Make a habit of 1 blog a day for branding and giving back to the community news and articals of interest!

6) ARTICALS Join clubs and submit articals on your business,knowledge and other information that other club members may find usefull in their business,social or private lives!

MYSTATS

ecademy>
Contacts: 243 | South Africa Ranked: 5 | Global Ranked: 1396 | Rated good by: 26 | Testimonials: 1 | Profile hits: 299

Social Network Site 2 = 200 members in network ,Rated Good By 1 , Profile hits 3275

Hope this helps and look forward to any feedback, constructive or otherwise,there is no doubt ecademy rocks and is worth more of my time and input, great response from all parts of the world with offers of proffesional / social input and products from knowledge to keeping healthy!

Piggy Back - Social Sites

It has occurred to me recently that no one site can do it all for your business, this includes your own web site, you have to get onto as many social and business networks sites as possible, it is a daunting task at first however all you need is 5 hours a day of continous blogging / branding and getting connected to get the max exposure!

Have a look at this site for unbeliveable value;

Warehouse Full Of Knowledge

What is the value of a On Line Warehouse full of product mixed with knowledge eBooks, articles etc.??

This is the challenge I set myself, I need some guidance and advice from the specialists on this site please!

I designed Warehouse-IT so users could store, sell, protect, market their valuable commodity's, get a VALUE on your warehouse by commodity,stock on hand etc, build up your warehouse-it for the end result whatever it maybe,this works well in the logistics industry but in social environments I am beginning to think I am either too advanced in my thinking or vica versa!

Not one site I have joined (37 so far) gives me the depth I require, yes you can store articles,blogs,eBooks etc, but the site has no depth unless it is rated outside of SA by a search engine fraternity which makes only a few some real money, and certainly does not give me a value unless I count site hits overall!

Is SA ready for a Web2.5 / 3.0 type of application that does more than just consolidate all the web2.0 sites in a supply chain view, which results in the same thin and shallow consolidation with still no visible value??
