IT Department - Software Programming Training

• Specializing in logistics applications for Freight, Courier and Warehousing.
• To Include Call Centre Applications specific to shipping products, supply chain
management and CRM.

Call Centre Training

• A "live" call centre where students will be trained on the process and methodology of
Outbound and Inbound call handling in real time, the RCM Call Centre Software will
be used.
• The outcome will be a professional Call Centre agent able to earn a living in the call

Warehouse (including secure Vault) Training

• A "Live" Warehouse integrated to the training call centre to train students on Pick,
Pack and Dispatch methodology, the Warehouse-It software and associated modules
will be used.
• Standard Warehouse management principles including reorder, IT and MRP

Courier and Freight Training

• A small "live" courier / freight environment used to train students in standard practices
of running a courier company including broking freight into other networks.
• The Winfreight software, Track and Trace and associated modules will be used.

Driver Training and Vehicle Maintenance Training

• Students including Owner Drivers sponsored by the Government will learn ‘Normal,
FICA and RICA’ delivery etiquette and how to maintain company vehicles and their
own.
• We will use the IT Department to write this software, I have 15 years as an Auto
Electrician and Planning Officer for DeBeers and Anglo.

HR and Employment Training

• Students completing one or more of the training courses will have a professional CV
and SETA approved certification, this department will be solely focused on placing
them in private companies or Government departments
