• Inbound Transactions

o Record multiple inbound transport transactions against a file\instruction.
o Manifest No, Destination Warehouses , Clearing Agents
o Transport details , vehicle Details, Seal numbers, Container Numbers, Customs Details
o Commodity Info (Grade , Lot , Units , Range , Weight etc)
o Dispatch and Arrival date recording.

• Outbound Transactions

o Shipping Details (ETD,ETA, ports, Booking ref, Shipping Line, Vessel, Voyage, Stacks etc)
o Customs details (BOE, BOL, Tariff Code, Customs Code, Bonded Store etc)
o Commodity Details (Weight, beetle traps, fumigation)

• Automated Notifications


o Automated email notifications are sent to pre-determined address that have been setup in the utility menu for different transaction types.Eg.: Every time an inbound transaction for is the company is captured in Malawi , an email is automatically sent to a list of recipients detailing the information relating to that transaction. This keeps all parties up to date on shipment movements and eliminates the need to rely on manual shipment updates.
